Meet the Founder
I’m Faris, the founder of EOI. My background blends corporate management, leadership coaching, strategy, and performance. I’ve worked with global brands and first-time founders, artists and analysts, high-performers and the newly lost. Across all of them, I saw the same pattern: we’re all trying to find our way back to something more honest.
My job? To help you get there—with curiosity, structure, and no performative fluff.
